    Overtime

    Z. Greene had a career-best 28 to pace the Pioneers.

    Apparently a S. Caldwell player missed a bunny of a layup that could've put his team up 5 with a few seconds to go, then Watauga hit a 3 to send it into overtime. Not sure though, as this is what I think I heard on a scratchy radio feed.

    As bad as MHS has played this year - they are only 1 game out of second place. It is very possible that they could go on 3 or 4 game winning streak. Anything can happen in the "weak" NW4A boys conference. None of the teams will advance more than one game in the state playoffs.

    Can anyone ever remember when both FHS and MHS did not make the state playoffs in the same season. I do not think it has ever happened.

    One ref that I forgot to mention is the honorable Adrian Snow.:bananalam He is not only a superb basketball official, but he is one heck of a football coach:woot: Good luck next year coach!
