    The Bet

    OK boys, you have lured me out of retirement. The bet was the 2nd time we (Fike) played Rocky Mount, I believe Baseball Britt suckered me into betting that Rocky Mount would win. Britt bet me a dinner that Fike would win (kind of reverse psyhcology thing). Well, Southern was in on the conversation and it went from Bojangles to Pauls Italian Restaurant to Beefmaster. Fike lucked up and won in extra innings so it appears I lost the bet and I will honor same as soon as the congressional bailout kicks in!
    But, Coach 27 was not even in the county when this bet was placed and I've seen Deisel before (big guy) and ain't no way I would be foolish enough to try and feed him! Just remember boys, you'll never go hungry as long as I owe you a meal!!

    Hey Southern, how bout getting me and braves a dinner to go, and bring it to us the next time you come see jr, gas is in short supply out west here and waaaay too expensive. I need to save my gas money to go watch those inter squad games down south. btw bring a doggy bag for Red Bear, he might post more on TBR if he had something to eat.:REGamblMoney01HL2:

    You would not have been surprised

    if you had been there. When you dont throw strikes , dont make routine plays and hit with wood like your holding metal you get your *** kicked. Its a pretty simple equation.

    A name on a jersey has never won a game yet.
