I like the info on other players from around the state.

i like the interaction with real baseball people, the solid information you can read and last but not least the good friends you can meet and break bread with like Braves and SoutherNo1 and.... Coach 27 (who actually broke a lantern instead of the bread).

Several things:

1. The people... none finer than the ones I have met face to face over the last 2 years.... WOW...
2. The content.... excellent exchanges of info
3. The ability to promote players that have I have seen play and either coached or coached against. Since I dont have a son of my own (I do have a beautiful 13 year old daughter), these players are my sons...


But My most favorite....

The fact that we can joke about each other (especially Mark Tarleton, because he wont get on here and defend his rep of being the Buffet Buster) Just kidding Mark, my ole buddy!!

 

Very good information.
Good avenue to find quality info.
People very willing to help each other.
People sharing opinions without insulting each other (usually).
Wide variety of baseball opinions.
Site has a specific cause so you know what you get when you visit.
Mods who don't let people insult each other or kids.

 

Self Appointed Enforcer

I value the coaches, recruiters and scouts the most. They have been very valuable in sharing how the process of moving kids through the system works. I have much to learn.

I get a little frustrated with those that post first and think later. AND as you know I can't help but challenge bu**sh** when I hear it. I have a lot of Baseball experience(s) so I guess I have something to offer (which is fun).

I like that I know several of the posters including D'Backs and Braves. They still don't know what to think of me but I've never worried much about that anyway.

I know this will sound bad but I get annoyed when "less knowledgable" people spout off and take up valuable time on the board. They could benefit if they'd just read more and post less.

The honesty of the people here is tops.

I thought I knew some things about baseball. But I felt that I was missing some things. A lot of knowledge is out there I didn't know how to tap into it.

You folks are the kind of baseball people I have been looking to talk with. Ive been wanting to pick your brains for a long time.

I say the honesty of the people here is tops. What Im saying is the information that is shared is honest and straight forward. Nothing is held back. If you don't understand something someone is bound to give their opinion on it and say it in a different way that you may understand it.
