    You are right.....

    ....that pitchers DO have the most impact in HS and TB. I should have made my post when I replied to you, that pitchers do rock the game. There has been a huge shift in the balance of pitching/hitting parity over the last 5 or so yrs. And you're dead on right also, that there are pitchers duals, awesome ones at that, that go 14 innings or so. As I'm sure you are aware of, we in the triangle-east, have some point blank studs on the mound. FV, WJ, to name a couple, AND both of these examples have an offense to go with pitching and defense.
