Rylan Mikeska from Hickory Ridge. 5-1 on the mound with an era under 1.

    Mike Herbert

Hands down, the best unsigned senior I've seen is Mike Herbert. No question. There's a couple small inefficiencies worth several mph on the mound. He's got a frame, athleticism, plus he hits a ton. The right type of coach would blend those attributes into one dangerous college pitcher.

Rylan Mikeska - Hickory Ridge: Great control, great attitude, ususally goes all 7 innings and has maintained an ERA under 1.

Cameron Underwood - Hopewell: Dealing with an arm injury that has moved him to 2b most of the season, but he is phenominal in the outfield. I-Meck All Conference. Whether he's in the outfield or the football field, he's the fastest thing I've ever seen in cleats.

    Confused about Mike Herbert.......

There is good support on TBR for Mike Herbert. Is this the same young man listed in the SCP website on their 2012 roster as Michael Herbert, as a RHP,OF? I attended more than half of the 2012 SCP team's games last summer and fall and, I may be mistaken but, I don't remember him ever on the field. Must be some mistake here. Can anybody help? Not a big deal, just confused...:dunce2::dunce2::dunce2::dunce2::dunce2::dunce2::dunce2:

My totally wrong post about Mike Herbert was posted unintentionally with a BIG error. It has been pointed out to me that he did play in almost all the SCP's games last season. And HE PERFORMED VERY, VERY WELL!! My bad. My apologizes to Mike.

I've seen this thread help many kids get a chance to reach their dreams of playing collegiate baseball the last 10 or so years. It's not silly or desperate to throw some names out there... Research will still be done on whatever name is posted in here. MANY college coaches use this thread as a recruiting tool.

    Parker Lamm-Wilson Hunt
Big East Player of the Year last season. Plays multiple positions well, very good hitter, and has speed. I would say he's the top senior coming out of Wilson County this year.

How about the lefty at West Meck -- Dalton Shaw. He is a very good pitcher playing on a very average team. If he played in the SW4A, he would already be signed.
