Who are the worst coached football programs in NC?

Hulkster, I am going to have to side with JYD on this one. West will win the MVC, and keep there conference winning streak intact. The only team capable of pushing the Warriors this season in Conference maybe North Surry, I believe Coach Anderson and his team are just to quick and well coached. Wilkes Central just got a new coach from outside the program so who know there and Forbush may be improved but probably a year away from being within 20 of the Warriors. I almost feel sorry for West because on most Conference nights they have the second and third team in most of the second half and aren't really pushed till the State Playoffs.

Hulkster I hate to say this but you contradict everything you said earlier and how can you be so dumb about the toss sweep play?
1st and 10 at the 40 with 3 and a half minutes left and pisgah with only one timeout and a 7-6 lead. First of all three safe plays later and its 4th down near midfeild with only a minute and a half on the clock and punting to Pisgah and Pisgah more than likely will have to go 80 yards in a min. and a half without a passing game! But the toss sweep gives them the ball with 3 and a half minutes at the warrior 35... Come on man I thought you knew a little more about football than that.... You dont take that kind of chances in a big game.... Well hell he done the same damn thing at west wilkes its just that was a much weaker team....
And man get off the BB thing, I have seen these kids play all summer in AAU and this team is gonna rock some people this year and most everone that has seen these boys in the off-season are saying watch out....... And as far as basketball goes that Gaither hendricks kid looks awesome in aau and this team will be even better than last years and fp super this conference is a weak fb conference but a decent BB league.... at least at the top with Wilkes Central and N. Surry... Its true its a three team league but the warriors also play Freedom, E. Burke, N. Mecklinburg and a tough tournament in Boone so dont compare FB program with BB because thay are no comparisan

And Hulky, its funny how you wanna bash the community and even the kids.... Its really wrong to bash these kids, they are the product of their coach! Get a discipline type coach in here and you'll see the change in the kids or they wont play but dont blame the kids... This is a teaching level, not the pros.... The leadership is to blame not the kids! And finally the toss sweep is taking a chance, its not a real safe play although it should been better executed but why the hell take that damn chance and see that fumble end the season? Any fool would know that 80 yards in less than two minutes without a threat of pass as compared to 35 yards with 3 1/2 minutes against a tired and unconditioned defense,,,, Come on man? I thought you were smarter than that?

And no I will not waste my time on black and blue, I'll be at Fat Friday watching some quality HS football

 

It was first down, not 4th down. The warriors were on their own 42, not the pisgah 35. In other words, the warriors were ready to score. Get it right!

The gamewell community, WC parents, and fans all suck for the most part. I've gone on record a hundred times or so on these imbeciles. Re-read my lasts posts to see my stance.

Never said BB team wouldn't be any good. Just said they wouldn't be as good as last year. Also, they will have to work a little harder than usual to win the conference this year because some teams are greatly improved.

Gaither Hendrix is not all that. Pigeon toed, slow, not a good shooter, not the go to guy that you suggest he is. Only attribute that I see is that he's a good ball handler. I've heard that he's gonna play the 2 this year, so that kind of puts him a tough spot as far as I can see. He will get better, only a soph, but will struggle if he has to be the go to guy.

I don't care if you agree with me about any of this stuff. It's just my opinion. Have fun at Fat Friday. Nice to see that your heart bleeds warrior blue. I thought warriors were supposed to be warriors regardless of who wins or whatever. I guess you only adhere to that when the program does well, or if it's BB season. That's real lame! Brother!

 

number one, yes it was 1st down and I said that and thats why I said be safe and grind between the tackles and maybe break enough for a 1st down and if not you punt and make them drive 80 yards in less than 2 minutes without any timeouts. The result ended in a loss and you know as well as I that Pisgah wasn't as solid passing and going 75 or 80 yards in less than two would have been a different story and the warriors would have advanced to play Catholic and a week for Dulas shoulder to heal!

And West will be better in BB this year so hide and watch!

And No I will not waste my money as long as Craig Styron is coach at West Caldwell! As many other WC fans do as you can see from the poor attendance to this date!

And finally you wanna speak of lame?, lame is your idea of putting down the kids and calling them names! Man you really have no class! I blame the coach for a lot of things, Yes that I agree but I do not get on the kids! Lay off the kids man, They're 15 and 16 year old kids, Have some class, call me names but not these kids unless you are one yourself but that still doesn't make it right!

 

Pisgah game is history. We just disagree, and that's cool. Either way, WC pissed the game away. There were plenty of other opportunities to win that game. No sense in crying over spilled milk.

I hope the BB team will keep the streak alive. No question that they'll have to work harder than usual. We'll see. I'll gladly eat crow if they walk through conference like they have in the past.

As for the community, parents, and overall population of gamewell I just can't recant my position. I just feel like this degenerative behavior in these parents and adults is filtering over into these kids. You don't have to look hard, it's clearly evident. It my be hard for some to acknowledge or to swallow, but this community is the bastard of the greater Lenior area due largely in part to the people who live there. Not all are bad, just the majority. Sorry if that pisses you off, but most in other communities agree with that stance.

I hate it that you don't go to games any more, but I respect the fact that you are having a Styron boycott of sorts. I may not agree with it, but I respect it. I shows that you believe what you are saying.
