Who gets the win?

    Don't know this, but isn't there an official scorekeeper in the box in a high school game and not one of the scorekeepers on the teams?

    All good points. My take. In some games coaches or a team manager (student) keeps the book. Parents at other times. Let the team have the win. Everyone could have thrown strikes. Therefore everyone would have a no hitter inning. So, you that takes who did better than the other out. So make it easy the team gets the win and leave it at that.

    As stated, the coach can select any of the relief pitchers as the winner. To remain consistant, usually I will start with the first reliever as the winner if they (all the relievers) are effective. Just luck of the draw, unless coach has a reason to credit the win elsewhere.
