    Who are the best showcase teams that are on the rise? Teams like Dirtbags, Canes, and Panthers are established names that simply reload each year, but they started somewhere... I think CBC is the next big team. They get great players from my area in Northern South Carolina and combined with their talent and On Deck's I believe they will be the next big name.

    Its about getting players signed. I learned something from a team, I will not call there name. They start out with a line up and each game they end they start with the batter after the last out. So in game 2 they might start with the 8 hitter. The next day they continue with maybe the 5 hitter. Every player has a chance of getting the same amount of bats because if you are a position player everybody bats. I think the best team is the one who gets kids signed! Thats what Show Case is about. Brag about the kids and how they are going to play on the next level! If a player I know gets signed I love it for him and his family.

    You might want to check out the Carolina Cubs. Go to cubsshowcase.com. Scroll down their home page to see where and how ex-Cubs are doing in college and see the number of kids at ECU, UNC, NC State, UNCW, and Wake Forest not to mention 2 dozen other schools. They are a quality organization that gets kids the right looks, who can and do beat the the best of the best, and who play the kids that play for them all year when they go to national WWBA events. Do your homework.

    If it is about getting kids signed, do signed players continue to play. If so why? Wouldn't that spot be better served by a player yet to be signed?
