Congrads Truth . Richmond could be the 2nd-3rd or 4th best team in mecklenburg . ;)

You may not want any of W Charlotte this year pal. They have a nice balance on offense and their QB has a cannon.Their defense is quick swarming and very aggressive. Not saying RC wouldnt win but they would give you more than you wanted.Crest could have won this as well but entirely too many errors on offense led to 3 and outs at critical times.Dont get me wrong the Lions deserved the win but it was winnable for Crest as well.

But Providence can. Quit talking about the past and concentrate on the present. What has Richmond did in the last 4 years. Are you all rebuilding? First AC Reynolds, then Indy, Someone down East and then Providence. 10-1 and the 11-1's mean nothing. You only remember about your last game. And you must get through INdy and Providence this year. If you struggle with Providence, you will not beat INDY.

Providence managed 17 yards on 14 plays in the second half.

The Raider offense had 2 turnovers in the red zone not due to ANYTHING Providence was doing.Jamar fumbled the ball on one and underthrew a pass. Both occured deep in Providence territory. In addition the Raiders had over 100 yards of penalties. All correctable my friend.Providence cannot play better than they did.Theyhave assing game at all. Providence is well coached but the Raiders had to many studs on D and just wore them down.As for as our offense struggling..Spoken like someone who DID NOT ATTEND the game .Here is what our struggling offense did with over 12 penalties and 3 fumbles.....

Bryant finished with 220 yards passing and two touchdowns, plus another 60 yards rushing. Tailback Marcus Rush had 166 yards on 22 carries and Crump had six catches for 128 yards.
...568 yards. Great job by their defense. Providence had 3 fumbles also.Richmond scored on only 1 of them and the fumbles were caused by hits by the defense and a interception. All in all the Raiders did OK despite the mental errors..All correctable. Pearman is a great back but he is all they have.

Richmond cannot win the title every year but they will always be in the hunt....and the Raiders unlike Tommy Knotts will play any team.Heard Knotts backed out of a rematch against Scotland so they could play Hopewell instead.:D
