Have to go with the Stanford/Cal game. I can't imagine anything wilder than that. How many laterals did they have in that play???? LOL

It was the 1990 title game. That was the most amazing play I've ever seen in person. That ball was inches from never being thrown and was even closer to being knocked down in the end zone. Around here they say that was the start of "Raider Magic" LOL. :trophy:

FSU Clemson at Death Valley. Not sure what year but Deion was playing for FSU because he was at the bottom of the hill waving the tigers down......Anyway

Clemson holds on D with like 2 minutes left in the game. They have ALL the momentum although they are trailing I think by 2. 4th and about 3 from around the FSU 30 yd line. Bowden calls the "punt rooskie" Punter fakes a bad snap(Jumps for it). Upback gets the ball and sticks it under the guy further ups legs. He waits for everybody to go every which of way. He then proceeds to run down the left sideline. When order was restored the punt returner made the tackle after a pick up of about 50. needless to say EVERYBODY was fooled. Gutsy call. FSU ran out the clock to win the game. Greatest call in the situation I've ever seen> I Think it might be illegal now.

Crest vs Mount Tabor in the 1994 4A West Finals

Crest was down 10-0 in the 4th qtr of the game and the Charger faithful were getting nervous that the season was coming to an end. Crest had the ball and were on about there 40. It was 4th and around 8 and Crest was going for it. Crest QB Ryan Hamrick handed the ball off on an end around. Instead of the RB taking the ball up field, he turned and tossed the ball back across to Hamrick. The ball hit the ground, but it bounced perfectly into his hands. Ryan then hurled the ball down the field. Chris Coleman had feel about the 1 yard line, but as he was laying on his back the ball fell into his arms. Crest scored on the next play.

When the ball was tossed back across the field to Hamrick and it hit the ground, I just sat down in my seat with my head in my hands. The next thing I knew one of my friends was grabbing me by the shoulders yelling "HE CAUGHT THE BALL!! HE CAUGHT THE BALL!!"

The Crest defense then forced Tabor to punt. Crest then returned that punt for a TD and Crest won the game 14-10 on it's way to it's first state title.

Believe it or not, gang, I saw this on tape last Friday looking through some old archives. It was truly an amazing play. This play may resurface in some form or fashion this fall. Stay Tuned.

Hoops...I have the game on DVD. I pull it out and watch it every once in a while. I'm still amazed that neither WF player was able to bat it down. OT, but the play of the game was the draw play on 4th and 10 from Richmond's 35 or so a few plays earlier.
