Will JoCo have a legion team in '14?

    A couple months ago I heard that Johnston County would not be having an American Legion baseball team in 2014.

    Does anyone know for sure?

    You heard correctly they will not have an American Legion team this year.

    yeah, and I read a newspaper article that a new "Garner National" A.L. team will draw from some of those JC high school teams as well as some wake county.

    and play just a few home games at Princeton high sch. Hard to figure out that one.

    article said there are only 46 sr. legion teams statewide in 2014.
