I gotta say, there are some great things going on with the Wingate baseball program. The talent level at the school can rival many D1 programs. All one has to do is to look at their roster.

There is something else going on at Wingate that I'm not at liberty to discuss, but it's very exciting.

For those that are interested in the program, the camp is an excellent way to get a feel for the program and the coaches.

    Wingate Camp looks like a.....

Wingate Camp looks like a first class event. My 2012 son is attending. We (son and I) attended the two-day prospect camp at ECU last weekend. What a wonderful two days that was. I had no idea that ECU was that class a facility and staff. Head coach Godwin and his entire staff participated 100% of the time. There were also coaches from numerous colleges including other D1 schools.
It looks to me that ECU baseball is on a level with ACC schools and working hard to get better.
Over 90 prospects were there for the 2 days and the weather was perfect.

It's coming up soon, so make your reservations ASAP. I have a feeling this one will be well attended.
