    So I've heard

    I've heard a few names thrown out there for this one too.

    I also have seen Paul Knight first hand in the SAC. I played for him with the Thomasville Hi Toms one summer. He'd be a great fit. He was a huge part of their success in the recent past. It's sad to see that they would "put him on the backburner". I know a lot of people would be rooting for him.

    I don't feel too bad for him though, he's got a good thing going at Florida Tech right now.

    They hired the new coach yesterday. They won't say who it is yet as the AD is out of town and will be back later in the week. Look for an announcement towards the end of the week.

    It is either the guy from ECU or a well known guy from Charlotte.

    The drama is building.

    My guess goes with the guy from Charlotte area. I always felt that they should have recruited the Charlotte area harder. There is just so much talent in this area and a lot fo guys looking to stay close to home and play in a competitive league, like the SAC.

    They took the guy from ECU who is a graduate of Wingate. Big mistake in passing on the guy from Charlotte!
