    WINTER Pre-Season Baseball
    Training Program
    What are you doing this Winter to stay active, get better & IMPROVE?!
    To be the best, you must train with the best… McClure Sports!
    · Who: ANY & ALL interested BASEBALL student-athletes wanting to get better & improve athletic ability this Winter in preparation for the most successful 2014 competitive season.
    · What: 10 week, 30 session XPE Sports speed, agility & POWER training program designed to improve mental & physical strength, focus & toughness
    · NOTE: This Winter, McClure Sports will introduce the first 3 day per week- Speed, Agility & Power training program. This means that every athlete will go thru all 3 XPE Sports training progressions
    · When: Monday’s & Thursday’s from 630-745pm and Saturday’s from 12-115pm beginning Monday November 11th and going thru Saturday January 25th. NOTE- we will NOT train the week of Christmas
    · Where: Extreme Ice Center; 4705 Indian Trail Fairview Rd., Indian Trail, NC 28079. Speed station is located on the rubber flooring to the right of Main Rink. Ask the front desk for directions
    · Why: The goal of this Winter training program is to give every BASEBALL student-athlete the opportunity to improve Speed, Strength, Agility, Explosion, Flexibility, Mobility & Muscle Recruitment.
    · Cost $12/session for 30 sessions=$360/student-athlete. Can sign up for 10 or 20 sessions, but preference given to those who sign up for entire 30 sessions.
    · Payment plans available. Checks payable to McClure Sports. Comparable program would cost $750 at Athletic Republic or Velocity!
    · Group is limited to the first 24 athletes to register and pay. A 2nd group MAY be added if interest warrants
    · Athletes are expected to sign up & attend entire program. XPE/McClure Sports programs are structured, progressive curriculums where each level builds off the previous requiring athletes to grasp abilities & drills. Half attendance/commitment will result in half results and that is not the mission of XPE/McClure Sports. One or 2 misses can be overcome with make-ups, hard work & dedication; 3 or more misses will be detrimental to the athletes progress.
