www.stretchlonstars.com is my website BUT i offer baseball/softball opportunities just as a hobby. the showcase arena is the place to play IF you are serious about the game. i umpire at most of the events and i get to see and hear the real deal.

would love to hear feedback on the website. thanks. RS

Like the info. A lot of it. Pictures are great. Good to see the sections of each team. I would like to say that athough the info is good. In spot a little long. You cover the points great. Maybe consolidate with the team. or have a game section and review each game in brief. Then after the next is play roll that up into stats and replace with the game that was player next.

I'll take a look Stretch and send you a private message.

    Hey Braves,

I tell you something that would be nice. How about a section where all showcase team websites are listed. Not on a thread that comes and goes but something that stays at the top.

    Bio's

I would like to see more Bio information including physical attributes (Height, weight, age), stats from a respected showcase: 60 yd time, gun reading (IF, OF, P etc), POP time, short description of skills : ie. strong arm- good carry, solid projectable body, hits ball hard to all fields, soft hands, excellent bunter, good track to balls in the outfield etc. I do not like to see inflated figures: (kid throws 91-93, when he is actually 84-85mph, or he is a 6.5 runner, but actually runs 7.0

I have always enjoyed reading stats & bios of players from all over the country to gauge the skill level of my son and determine where he needs to improve. This process has helped in providing information to him that he needs to constantly improve his speed (6.8- 6.52 as a senior); his throwing velocity, and hitting & hitting with power. (Still working on that last one).
I appreciate the web sites that have provided this type information. It has really helped us gauge where my son was at, and where he needs to get to.

Thankfully he will be starting his freshman year at his baseball college of choice next week. I would thank all of you that contribute to this board. You have provided us a tremendous amount of information, and made this journey much easier and much more fun. Thank you all!
