How about when the players back is turned and he's walking towards the dugout and the ump decides he needs to follow him? Easy enough to ignore the player, clean off the plate and play ball, rather than escalating the situation.

Can I still yell at the umpire that he needs to have his eyes checked?

And as for when a player is walking away, why would the ump follow him, simply put, that's when some of the worst statements are made to officials.
