      never too smart for anything. Hell I forgot Andrews was at tackle for a while, it's easy to make sure to not pay attention to Cincy. My worries include bringing Hangartner back for too much. I'm sure you can find a serviceable vet C cheaper than what we paid him this year.

      Franchising Gamble is a thought. We're really just going to have to give Peppers what he asks for and go from there. I certainly don't want to lose Gamble, and while we can say we have two other corners, well, not for long.

      fair enough, bringing up Philly threw me

      yeah, at guard. It's not that I think we should go spend big for a tackle and make him a guard, I'd just like to see someone with some size at guard. But you're right, just having size doesn't get it done. At this point I'm ready to move on from Gross - not because he had two false starts, or because of the loss. And he's given up two sacks so he's not been a failure. But we can spend less at guard and do as well.

      I feel a little bad for Thelt, but yeah, Starks isn't that good. I wouldn't even play him at tackle, I'd have to make him a guard. Speaking of which I'll be interested to see what a guy like Stacy Andrews would do in this scheme.
